A refreshing smoothie with blueberry, pineapple and chia seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt – I used no fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup juice – I used cran-raspberry juice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Throw everything into the blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
