Susan left this great comment after making this Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes and Mozzarella recipe: “At first glance this pasta looks pretty basic; tomato, basil, garlic, penne. Yet the use of the tomato juice along with the butter really elevates this simple dish. I also added red pepper flakes when I added the garlic to the pan which gave the dish a little extra kick. This one gives you ALL the comfort, aroma, ease and satisfaction one craves from pasta in a simply beautiful form. Would make again a million times over.“
Rachel recently made this easy to make Ravioli with Asparagus and left this comment: “I’ve made this twice and am making again tonight! It’s simple, delicious and looks beautifully gourmet. I don’t always add the walnuts and it’s just as good.”
Deb added walnuts to Old Fashioned Brownies – such a good idea: “These are absolutely amazing! I followed the recipe exactly and added about 3/4 c of chopped walnuts with the chocolate chips. Best brownies I’ve ever made, and simple to make.”
Amy made Whipped Goat Cheese and left this comment: ” Hello! I happened to have all the ingredients on hand so decided to make it. I did add an extra clove of garlic and used a teaspoon of red chili paste rather than flakes. It is soooooo delicious! I served it on homemade sourdough crostini! Perfect appetizer!!”
Lupe made Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes and Spinach to use up a bunch of spinach and cherry tomatoes: ” I had a bag of spinach in the fridge, and a bunch of cherries tomatoes. I needed to do something with it, and found this recipe and OMG! Is so delish and easy to prepare.”
Dorothy made this Quinoa and Kale Salad – it was her first time trying quinoa!: “Loved this salad! Made it for dinner and enjoyed it so much. It was my first time eating quinoa but I will definitely be eating this again. I toasted my pecans and used fresh lemon juice for half of the vinegar. Cranberries and pecans add a great touch!”
